Ice Cold Beer is originally a mechanical arcade game that was released by Taito, a Japanese arcade developer, in 1983.
The game is highly sought after by collectors for it’s classic fun and 80’s nastalgia.
Ice Cold Beer is played using two joysticks to control a horizontal bar that balances a metal ball.
The objective is to maneuver the ball carefully up a playfield full of holes, with the goal to deposit the ball into the lit hole.
If the player is successful, the bar returns to the bottom to reset.
Each round, the game gets increasingly difficult, as the lit hole gets higher and higher up the playfield. If the ball (3 times) deposits into an unlit hole, the game is over.

Ice Cold Beer is oorspronkelijk een mechanisch arcadespel dat in 1983 werd uitgebracht door Taito, een Japanse arcade-ontwikkelaar.
RETRO ARCADE Remake brengt Ice Cold Beer opnieuw op de markt met licentie van TAITO, dezelfde look maar dan met verbeterde hedendaagse technieken, waardoor minder onderhoud en dus betrouwbaarder.
Ice Cold Beer remake wordt ook leverbaar in een ticket uitvoering.
Het spel wordt gespeeld met behulp van twee joysticks, hiermee bedient men de horizontale balk waarop een metalen bal balanceert.
Het doel is om de bal tussen de onverlichte gaten door te manoeuvreren om deze vervolgens in het verlichte gat te deponeren.
Iedere keer dat de bal in een verlicht gat wordt gedeponeerd keert de balk terug naar beneden, vervolgens wordt de volgende ronde gespeeld om een hoger level te halen.
Elke ronde wordt het spel steeds moeilijker, naarmate het verlichte gat hoger op het speelveld komt te liggen.
Indien men te lang wacht wordt de balk zelf actief om de druk iets op te voeren.
Als de bal in een onverlicht gat terechtkomt, is de ronde voorbij, na 3 verloren ballen is het spel voorbij.
